Larry
Donoho, President
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and management,
Larry Donoho has been a regular consultant to Signature Plating and ABI
in the areas of human resources, training and development and strategic
planning. Prior to joining the Signature Plating team, Donoho worked for
Bexar Electric Co., an IES company, where he was responsible for managing
training and development, as well as recruiting efforts. Previously, he
served as director of development with Qwest Communications where his
primary role was executive leadership development. With a bachelor’s
in organizational communication from Southwest Texas State University,
and a master’s in administration from the University of Incarnate
Word, Donoho brings a diverse background in telecommunications, nonprofit
and customer service. He also is certified as a mediator in the State
of Texas and has obtained many national leadership training certifications,
including Dr. Stephen Covey’s The Seven Habits of Highly Effective
People and time management course What Matters Most, as well as Kepner
and Trego’s Problem Solving and Decision Making Analysis. |
