Widely recognized as one of the industry’s top quality professionals, Roman Bejar has extensive experience with high tech finishing and turn-key coatings. His skills extend beyond quality inspection enabling him to make a positive impact on all areas of production. Responsible for all plant processes and procedures from cradle to grave including insuring that all plating baths perform optimally. Also, he oversees quality improvement design and the development of new processes for Signature Plating.
